Your Impact:

• Support IT Infrastructure: Assist in maintaining and enhancing the IT infrastructure that powers Schwan’s manufacturing facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Configure & Implement Windows Server: Help with the configuration and deployment of Microsoft Windows Server, gaining hands-on experience with critical IT systems.
• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Aid in identifying and resolving hardware and software issues related to the IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Collaborate on Infrastructure Projects: Work alongside senior engineers on projects to upgrade and improve the IT infrastructure, contributing to ongoing innovation and efficiency.
• Contribute to Performance Stability: Participate in initiatives to provide a stable and high-performance IT environment, supporting projects that enhance infrastructure reliability.
• Proactively Resolve Issues: Assist in identifying the right tools and processes to troubleshoot and prevent IT problems, playing a key role in maintaining system integrity.
• Apply Established Procedures: Utilize existing procedures and best practices in the administration of Infrastructure Technologies, ensuring consistency and reliability in operations.
• Monitor System Performance: Help in monitoring system performance metrics and alerts, contributing to proactive management and quick resolution of potential issues.

What You Bring:

• Current enrollment in bachelor’s Computer Science or related degree program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028. GPA of 3.0+ preferred. 
• Demonstrated critical thinking, analysis, and creative problem-solving, turning complex challenges into actionable solutions.
• Expertly navigate the latest and emerging technologies, staying ahead of the curve.
• Thrives in ambiguity as a confident self-starter, seamlessly collaborating within dynamic team environments.
• Builds robust and productive relationships with diverse business partners, driving collective success.
