We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Hopkins, MN. This highly collaborative role supports our retail CPG business through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate is a strategic finance partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and provides actionable insights that drive business performance and decision-making.
What You'll Do:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for the retail CPG business.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including profitability, expenses, costs, and key business drivers.
• Support timely budget, forecast, and monthly reporting processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive business planning, decision-making, and performance improvements.
• Develop financial models and perform ROI, pricing, costing, capital investment, and risk-benefit analyses.
• Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Manage monthly allocations across business units.
• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects.
What We Look For:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience, preferably in retail CPG.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, SQL, BEx, or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
What We Offer:
The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
