We're seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager with a safety-first mindset to lead our team and oversee daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center at our frozen dessert manufacturing facility in Stilwell, OK.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize employees, skills development, quality, housekeeping, employee relations, discipline, cost control and problem solving.
• Manages the flow of materials to production and directs the proper rotation of ingredients/materials.
• Maintains high inventory record accuracy and optimizes utilization of warehouse space.
• Participates and follows up in reviews for product introductions and changes.
• Increases efficiency of operations and reduces costs.
• Manages direct reports including the Warehouse Supervisors, Cycle Counter, and Shipping Receiving Associates.
• Manages, trains, and develops subordinates.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years related experience.
• Training or classes in Business Administration or General Management.
• Experience with Warehousing, Inventory Control, and Production support.
• Supervisory experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SAP Satisfactory current job performance.
• Strong positive interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $66,325 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
