(Overview)

This position is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support onsite in the Stilwell, OK facility to the manager and director-level positions.

Performs clerical and secretarial duties in support of a director level employee and staff including the handling of sensitive details and assignments Coordinates the director's schedule expenses meetings travel etc. Schedules appointments as needed Monitors all incoming calls messages and mail handling as many responses as possible independently with a prescribed degree of discretion Organizes prioritizes and summarizes data materials and information. Prepares reports and summaries and organizes data for the director's review Anticipates prepares/revises and sends correspondence on behalf of the director Creates maintains updates and reconciles spreadsheets and various reports to support the director's decision making process Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission values code of ethics policies and other standards of conduct.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Years of Related Experience: Typically has 3 - 5 years of related experience

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: PC skills including expertise with MS Office and Outlook. Basic understanding and knowledge of business unit structure policies products etc. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a moderate degree of sensitivity for confidentiality. Ability to gather organize and analyze data. Solid sense of priority logic and objectivity.
