Are you a driven sales professional ready to take ownership of a $15M–$20M account portfolio? We’re looking for an Account Executive in our Consumer Brands Business to build strong retail customer relationships in the Pacific NW Region at the headquarter level, develop sales strategies, and deliver profitable growth. If you are someone that is passionate about helping drive execution, resolve issues, and maximize account potential – this could be the perfect match!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned accounts in the Pacific Northwest through direct sales and strong partnerships.
  • Develop sales plans, negotiate pricing/program contracts, and forecast results.
  • Support field sales teams with execution, customer events, and problem resolution.
  • Monitor promotions, spending, and account files for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide timely reporting on sales performance, expenses, and projections.
  • Train and guide field sales teams on account and contract management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of sales/account management experience, ideally in CPG or Food industry.
  • Financial and storytelling with data, skilled negotiator with proven relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data (A.C. Nielsen or IRI) a plus.
  • MS Office experience

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $81,750 - $136,250 annually with eligibility for a 25% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
