Join Our Team as a SrHuman Resources Manager!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while supporting corporate and regional business strategies.
- Advise and partner with corporate and plant management on HR planning, policy interpretation, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
- Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, EEO/AA compliance, and employee services.
- Act as a key HR consultant to resolve employee issues, mediate conflicts, and promote a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain a union-free environment, enhance organizational effectiveness, and improve employee morale and productivity.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on policy, performance, and career development; lead investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
- Monitor HR programs and processes, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure legal compliance by staying current on employment laws and regulations, collaborating with Legal as needed.
- Build and maintain internal and external HR networks; direct, train, and develop HR team members to support plant operations effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability in project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and providing credible HR guidance.
- Experience researching solutions and making recommendations that support business objectives and build trust.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $104,625 to $174,375 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
