What is the role of a Customer Sales Representative on a Pre-Sell Route with Schwan’s?
•Pre-order sales of Schwan’s Consumer Brands products for delivery to existing customers
•Route may include working with large retail grocery chain stores, as well as regional and independent grocery stores
•Provide product forecasts for upcoming promotions
•Build business relationships to increase sales
•Generate new orders and promote new products
•Maintain product display space, set up new promotional displays, merchandise and rotate product
•Establish and maintain positive relationships with store personnel, and resolve any customer issues
•Routes run Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends, starting in the early AM hours and end when the daily requirements are fulfilled
•Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route. Mileage Reimbursement & Fuel Card provided
•As a Customer Sales Representative you will have the potential for career growth into other positions
