We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our 1st shift team at our Northeast, PA facility. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a skilled team and keep our operations running smoothly - whether it's planned, reactive, or corrective maintenance. Responsibilities:
• Ensure compliance with all human and food safety standards across maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Improve shop organization and effectiveness through safety, 5S, and tool management practices.
• Supervise daily maintenance activities (reactive, corrective, planned, and condition-based), aligning resources with production priorities.
• Own maintenance metrics and participate in daily DMS meetings to drive accountability and performance.
• Track and report weekly KPIs, including PM/CM completion, backlog, work order aging, MTTC, and breakdowns.
• Lead technical development of Clean-Inspect-Lubricate practices and equipment centerlines.
• Coach teams on Defect Elimination to maintain equipment in basic condition.
• Guide root cause analysis and cross-functional problem-solving to reduce breakdowns and reliability losses.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge in construction, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS (SAP a plus).
• Food manufacturing or processing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, USDA, and sanitation standards.
• Proven supervisory experience with strong communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Must be clean-shaven if respirator use is required.
• Flexible to work any shift and respond to emergencies 24/7 as needed.
Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
