We are looking to hire a Sr. Recruitment Coordinator to join our Consumer Brands Talent Acquisition Team.  In this role you will provide support to our candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters with navigating and managing the hiring process from offer to start date.  You will be primarily responsible for managing all background checks and pre-employment requirements for DOT and non-DOT positions within our field-based retail business. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.  If you have a high level of professional maturity, business acumen, customer centric, is highly organized, and is unafraid to challenge the status quo to drive process improvement – this could be your perfect job! 

Responsibilities:

  • Works closely with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates during the recruiting process
  • Manages deployment and execution of background checks, MVRs, and DOT physicals & drug tests
  • Works directly with candidates to help them navigate DOT hiring process, answer questions, and troubleshoot system-related problems that arise
  • Navigates complex hiring situations effectively in partnership with stakeholders
  • Identifies opportunities and implement solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Schedules interviews for corporate candidates and arranges travel as required
  • Builds and maintains positive vendor relationships

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in a role involving tracking and managing data and time sensitive follow up with internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of experience or internships ideally in recruitment, onboarding, and candidate coordination in a growing CPG business

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong MS Office Suite and other systems
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail; ability to maintain confidential information; time management
  • Demonstrates a high sense of urgency
  • Enjoys problem solving and trouble shooting

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $21.30 – $37.10 per hour.  The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
