We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst!  In this role you will bridge the gap between technology and business operations—leading system enhancements, optimizing data workflows, and empowering teams with meaningful analytics and automation. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, testing, and implementation of system and process improvements that enhance efficiency and data accuracy across the organization.
• Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and analytics solutions in Qlik and Power BI—defining KPIs, ensuring performance, and enabling data-driven decisions.
• Automate key business workflows using Power Automate, connecting tools like Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and SAP to reduce manual work and streamline approvals.
• Partner with business users to design and support SAP BW and integrated data solutions that deliver actionable insights.
• Develop project documentation, test plans, and training materials; support users in adopting new systems and tools.
• Monitor and manage project timelines, issues, and risks—communicating progress and recommendations to leadership.
• Provide department-level reporting on performance metrics and ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives.
• Support and execute system upgrades and enhancements while adhering to change management best practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent years of analyst experience) and 3+ years in a Business Analyst focused role, preferably in a manufacturing or CPG industry.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions that deliver business impact.
• MS Office Suite experience and other systems (SAP or other ERP, Qlik, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Query).

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
