As a Pricing Analyst, you'll drive revenue and margin by managing competitive pricing strategies, conducting detailed profitability analysis, and ensuring pricing excellence across contracts and bids for the K-12 channel of our food service business. Responsibilities:

• Execute Pricing Strategy: Develop, manage, and optimize pricing for your assigned region or business segment to win bids and drive profitability.

• Analyze & Advise: Conduct in-depth financial, cost, and competitive analyses to support data-driven pricing decisions.

• Project Manage Bids: Own the end-to-end process for pricing proposals, including contract review, internal coordination, and bid submissions.

• Drive Business Impact: Influence revenue through smart pricing recommendations, margin analysis, and identifying profit opportunities.

• Cross-Functional Partner: Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Marketing, R&D, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely pricing execution.

• Coach & Train: Support Sales Managers and Brokers by delivering training and guidance on pricing systems and best practices.

• Monitor & Report: Maintain pricing databases, audit data for accuracy, and provide recurring and ad hoc reports to bid pricing manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional work experience) and 3+ years of experience in a pricing, financial analysis, or analytical focused role.
• Highly organized, systems-driven, and confident managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• MS Office, especially Excel.  SAP, BEX, Cognos/UKG would be helpful

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $52,500 - $87,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
