(Overview)

Lead Security Analyst. Schwan’s Shared Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Schwan’s seeks a Lead Security Analyst in Bloomington, Minnesota. Manage the planning, coordination, and management of the IT identity and access management (IAM) foundation within the enterprise to meet business requirements. Function in a consultative role and as a key decision maker in analysis, problem solving, and IAM architecture. Research and identify technology platforms that positively impact key technology metrics and will further initiate and lead various IT projects intended to continually improve/upgrade the overall technology landscape of the company. Duties for the position include the following: make critical decisions regarding IAM security architecture and design and serve as internal information systems security consultant; work closely with enterprise architecture and solution delivery, develop technology roadmaps designed to resolve issues and/or introduce needed capabilities to the company; lead the design and implementation of IAM standards and guidelines; design and participate in the implementation and support of authentication processes and system integrity controls; and embed security into the enterprise architecture and the system development life cycle. Provide security expertise to projects and perform liaison duties between the security team and the other IT teams. Design and lead projects intended to improve the IAM infrastructure; apply technical knowledge of security tools to automate tasks and improve efficiencies and lead improvement efforts; identify and document security violations, including unauthorized changes to authentication and authorization, and act accordingly and/or notify management of these violations. Identify, document, and implement improvements to internal procedures. Manage SAP role-based security projects on all SAP systems along with resource and design coordination and support SAP system upgrades and patches as it relates to security and the changes to existing tools. Analyze trends based on experience and external industry contacts to develop long range architecture plans that are designed to introduce needed capabilities to the Company. Proactively research and identify technology platforms that positively impact key technology metrics; demonstrate working knowledge of key business functions to ensure recommendations align to business strategy; effectively manage relationships with other key leaders in IT, customers of IT, and outside contacts/vendors; and, demonstrate expertise in the field, through publications, presentations, and/or certifications. Other duties, as assigned. Must have proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Requirements – Education: Bachelor of Science degree (U.S. or foreign) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Services (CIS) or a closely related field OR Master’s Degree (U.S. or foreign) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Information Services (CIS) or a closely related field. Experience: Candidates with the required Bachelor’s degree are required to have at least (A) 8 years of experience in an Information Technology field as a Security Analyst or Systems Analyst with SAP Security; and (B) 5 years experience in IT security, identity and access management, access controls, and cyber security, in SAP, which can also be described as experience creating analysis authorization in Business Intelligence(BI); analyzing and processing SAP Security; gathering requirements and developing security policies and procedures.  All experience in (A) and (B) can be gained concurrently in the same 8 year period for candidates with a qualifying Bachelor’s degree.  For candidates with a qualifying Master’s degree, candidates must have 6 years in (A) and 5 years in (B).
