We are searching for a Director of Integrated Business Planning to lead our center of excellence (COE) team in Bloomington, MN.  You will be accountable for leading industry standard process, technology, and analytics to support supply chain and the integrated business planning (IBP) process.

Responsibilities

• Leads a center of expertise of advanced analytic capability that drives profitable business decision making.
• Partner cross-functionally to provide process oversight & governance for IBP S&OE & related processes – including above the line and below the line to deliver short- and long-term business results.
• Lead continuous improvement roadmap to improve maturity across IBP competencies, build long term capability of using data insights to improve statistical models & forecasts.
• Partner to deploy change management/ coaching programs to help teams continuously improve in IBP maturity.
• Oversee Technology (Blue Yonder, ORI, Power BI, other) and Process Development to enable our maturity evolution and enable IBP and S&OE to be powerful, decision-making processes – focused on reducing complexity.

• Sets up governance with clear roles, decision rights, and policies and incentives that promote behaviors to drive the organization to achieve its mission.
• Directs, trains and develops a team of IBP Analysts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in business planning and technology. Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred. Experience should include one or more of the following: Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics and Distribution, Manufacturing and Supply Chain consulting.
• Strong data analytics leadership with executive level communication, influencing skills, and strong ability to develop and deliver recommendations.
• Proven experience in defining meaningful insights and solutions to action is necessary to be successful in the role.
• Proven experience managing large projects and continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in the development of statistical tools grounded in data science.
• Planning system expertise (Blue Yonder, ORI, PowerBI preferred).
