We are hiring a Business Insights & Analytics Manager(individual contributor) to join our Consumer Brands Business at our Bloomington, MN headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics function, with a focus on integrating multiple systems into enterprise reporting and managing syndicated database item placement. You will design, maintain, and enhance our enterprise data platforms and solutions, leveraging tools such as SAP, Circana, and Nielsen to support strategic decision-making and business growth. This position is highly visible within the organization and offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams to develop analytic tools that improve business decisions and outcomes.

If you have a deep understanding of data analytics, retail marketplace, with a proven track record of managing large datasets, developing insights, and engaging a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders this is the perfect job!

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize and execute the analytics roadmap including technical design & development of our enterprise data & analytics strategy.
• Oversee the integration and management of data from SAP, Nielsen, and customer POS platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data governance procedures.
• Lead the development of advanced analytics solutions for the business to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Continuously improve analytics processes and methodologies.
• Manage item placement process for U.S and Canada syndicated databases

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of work experience) and a minimum of 5+ years in a role involving heavy insights and analytics with experience synthesizing complex information from disaggregated data ideally in the CPG industry or Agency
• Experience and working knowledge of secondary research market research
• Strong expertise in retrieval and manipulation of syndicated data and its dimensions
• Expertise in MS Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis)

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,750 - $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
