GENERAL PURPOSE
The Business Analyst is responsible for execution of master data processes, verifying data integrity across systems, providing reporting and supporting projects as a subject matter expert. In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for data entry, process workflow, and other support functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs master data and hierarchy maintenance; ensures accuracy across systems and completes documentation of master data processes and procedures.
- Assures data integrity across systems.
- Partners with IT team for troubleshooting issues, testing system upgrades and system enhancements including writing and completing test plans and documentation.
- Provides reporting to business users in an accurate and timely manner Completes daily workflow tasks.
- Participate in projects as a subject matter expert when applicable.
- Responsible to conduct yourself and ensure your subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Associate degree or higher in related discipline such as Business, Finance, Accounting or IS. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Years of Experience: Typically, has less than 4 years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry and SAP preferred.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access).
- Demonstrated clear understanding of systems; attention to detail and high degree of accuracy; effective time management skills; process and detail oriented; effective verbal and written communication skill
