- Consumer Brands: Portfolio of leading brands with #1 share position in Pizza, Asian, and Pies while building the next generation of iconic food brands and delivering solutions for our consumers.
- Food Service: #1 in Pizza and Asian food categories in the U.S. with strong B2B brands and key top restaurant and C-store brand partners.
- Enterprise Marketing: Develops and executes long-range innovation platforms to fuel the company’s continued growth.
Your Impact:
- Strategic Planning & Analysis: Contribute to the business’ annual operating plan and long-term growth strategies through in-depth analysis of consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and syndicated data.
- Business Performance: Monitor and evaluate brand and business performance against KPIs, becoming an expert on volume, profit, and market share, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Consumer Advocacy & Brand Consistency: Be the voice of the consumer, ensuring brand consistency across products, packaging, and marketing communications, while championing the brand and business integrity.
- Integrated Marketing Execution: Collaborate with business teams and agency partners to develop and execute integrated, omni-channel marketing plans that align with consumer targets and business objectives.
- Innovation & Product Commercialization: Lead the commercialization of new products, including writing business cases, volume forecasting, consumer research, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide ongoing analytical insights into trends, demand planning, budgeting, and volume forecasting, supporting overall business profitability and strategic goals.
What You Bring:
Education: MBA required; will consider part-time MBA students close to graduation
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strategic Marketing Expertise: Strong grasp of marketing frameworks and the ability to translate them into actionable plans.
- Data-Driven Insights: Proficiency in analyzing business data and synthesizing it into strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience leading teams through complex projects, driving collaboration and results.
- Consumer-Centric Approach: A relentless focus on growth with a consumer-first mindset.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across all levels.
- Project Management & Analytical Skills: Top-notch project management abilities, attention to detail, and strong analytical acumen.
