We’re looking for a Sr. Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team in Marshall, MN. In this role you will be is responsible for finished goods receipt & shipment transactions and reconciliation of inventory at our distribution centers, depots, and warehouses. You’ll be the go-to person for solving inventory issues and keeping things running smoothly. You'll collaborate closely with teams like Customer Service, Transportation, and other warehouse pros across the country. Responsibilities:

• Help spot ways to make warehouse processes better and keep an eye on how those improvements are going.
• Make sure all products coming in and going out are tracked right in the inventory system.
• Keep inventory records accurate across all locations and fix any mismatches you find.
• Put products on hold if they’re expired, damaged, or recalled—and manage them the right way.
• Stay on top of cycle counts, shelf life, damaged goods, and disposal of expired items.
• Collaborate with other teams to sort out any issues with missing or late transactions.
• Help with reports, share updates on inventory issues like overages or shortages, and step in to guide teammates if needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent years’ experience) and 3+ years of experience in a role involving tracking materials or products in a warehouse or plant setting
• Experience with MS Office Suite, SAP, and other various WMS systems software systems 

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $52,500 to $87,500 annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
