We are hiring a Recruiting Coordinator at our corporate offices in Marshall, MN!

In this role you will be an important member of the Talent Acquisition team that supports our internal Human Resources and Recruiting teams and external candidates through the pre-employment process. If you thrive in a collaborative and team focused environment, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the execution of pre-employment background checks for all external candidates accepting offers across the company while adhering to process for corporate, DOT, or manufacturing requirements.
• Administer drug testing requirements where applicable across the enterprise; responsible for ordering and dispersing drug swab kits to facilities.
• Leverage internal adjudication requirements to determine if company standards are met.
• Partner with internal administrative support team and hiring stakeholders to schedule candidate interviews, that may include commercial travel, while providing a professional and detailed candidate experience.
• Execution for the reporting and payment of internal Employee Referral program.
• Willingness and flexibility for ad hoc project work.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
• Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, etc
• High attention to detail and must maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal customer service and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $16.70 - $29.00 per hour. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
