Part Time Recruitment Coordinator
Marshall, Minnesota Job ID 26-2057 Date posted Mar. 25, 2026 Category Human ResourcesThis part time position will support hiring for manufacturing positions within the Marshall Ice Cream Plant, Specialty Food Plant, and Beverage Plant.
Hours: 20 hours per week (with the possibility to work up to 28 hours per week)
Schedule: Flexible schedule will be developed with the qualified candidate Monday – Friday, however the schedule must be reoccurring & consistent each week. There is an option to work on Saturday if that is what’s preferred by the qualified candidate.
Pay: $20-22 per hour, based on qualifications.
What You Will Do:
- Facilitating the movement of candidates through the recruitment process, including candidate management of entry-level talent within recruitment systems.
- Maintains accurate records of applicants and new hire transactions regarding interview schedules, drug screening, new hire paperwork and pre-boarding processes.
- Prepares reports, documenting recruitment activity and effectiveness.
- Supports the HR team with posting job openings aligned with staffing needs, conduct brief phone interview, schedules onsite interviews with supervisors, coordinates and executes onsite and offsite hiring events.
- This position will work onsite in a manufacturing plant.
- Supports the HR team with analysis of the recruitment process and offers recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supports applicant evaluations, makes recommendations to hiring managers, extends offers of employment, and provides pre-boarding and/or onboarding support to HR team.
- Responsible to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with company mission, values, code of ethics, policies, and other standards of conduct.
What We Look For:
- High School Diploma
- Basic to intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook, intermediate skills in using computer systems, understanding of HR plans, policies, procedures, etc.; intermediate to advanced interpersonal, customer service, communication and organizational skills. Basic to intermediate proficiency with routine data processing and/or numeric data analysis.
