We’re Hiring Maintenance Techs – 2nd shift and night shift!
Looking to put your mechanical skills to good use? We’ve got full-time spots open for Maintenance Technicians at our pizza plant in Erie, PA. Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been around the block, we’ve got a place for you. This is steady work in a busy production environment, where you can grow your career and be part of a solid crew that keeps the lines moving.
Pay Range: $23 - $31 per hour, depending on level of role and experience.
Additional $1.50/hr for night shift (6pm – 6am)
Shifts: 2nd shift: 4:30pm - 12:30am | Night shift: 10pm – 6:30am

What you’ll be doing:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment like conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging machines to keep production running smooth and prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot malfuctions
- Follow food safety rules when working around production areas, using the right cleaning procedures and food-grade materials to keep everything up to code.
- Handle emergency repairs when equipment breaks down during production, getting things back up and running as fast as possible to minimize downtime.
- Manage spare parts and tools inventory to make sure you've got what you need when equipment needs fixing or upgrading.
- Always working safe, following OSHA regs and keeping your area clean and in line with company rules.
What we are looking for:
- High school diploma with 2+ years industrial maintenance experience, preferably in manufacturing or food processing.
- Basic electrical and mechanical skills with ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with maintenance tools like multimeters, torque wrenches, welding equipment, and CMMS systems.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, work in tight spaces, climb ladders, and handle temperature extremes and chemicals.
