We are hiring a Regional Sales & Distribution Manager to join our Food Service Team. This is a home-based role ideally located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In this role you will execute sales programs designed to increase distribution of Schwan’s products through strong business development and sales growth across multiple channels and business segments such as Corporate Distributors, Regional Distributors, K12, Food Service Segment Operators, National Buying Groups and Management Companies. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Zone Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:


• Lead business development and sales growth across assigned distributors and buying groups and HQ accounts to achieve annual revenue targets.

• Build strategic customer plans that align company objectives with customer needs, product priorities, and market opportunities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts through regular engagement and field visits.

• Use data and market insights to drive sales strategies, category growth initiatives, and quarterly business plans.

• Manage trade spend and ensure alignment with budget and annual business plans.

• Conduct category reviews and identify opportunities to increase customer volume and market share.

• Provide competitive intelligence and market trends to inform internal strategy and decision-making.

• Execute key sales campaigns and special projects for priority product categories.

• Assist Zone Sales Manager with recruiting, developing, and retaining results-oriented Sales Team members.

• Travel: you will be working 50-75% in the DFW market area. Home office based ideally in the DFW Metro Area.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent sales experience) and a minimum of 8+ years food sales experience
• Experience selling to Headquarter based accounts, Distributors and Non-Commercial accounts
• Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook experience


Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $90,750 – $151,250 annually with eligibility for a 20% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
