This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement!

What You Will Do:

Lead and manage hourly production line activities to meet daily production goals.
Monitor line performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.
Determine when to pull team members from stations and reassign them as needed.
Manage labor across multiple stations, ensuring proper staffing and coverage.
Ensure the production line runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
Optimize line efficiency by placing the right personnel in the right positions.
Be experienced in multiple sections to step in and run other areas when necessary.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime

What You Will Bring:

High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of related experience.
Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently
