We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Beaumont, CA! In this role, you’ll source, qualify, and attract top talent to support our manufacturing plants across multiple locations. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of recruiters, contributing not only to hiring success but also to process improvements and best practices. Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting for skilled hourly roles across several manufacturing locations.(electricians, maintenance & refrigeration technicians, and food safety) plus hourly front-line positions in our CA plants. 

• Effectively develop partnerships with hiring managers and local HR team members to understand business and recruitment needs.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across the US to fill these technical roles, using tools like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter, trade schools, employee referrals, job fairs and more.

• Conduct virtual and onsite interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios.

• Analyze recruitment process and offer recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Create reports and documents recruitment activity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a performance driven culture, manufacturing recruiting a plus

• CURIOSITY!  A natural drive to keep asking questions and seeking ways to improve the recruiting process

• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage 30+ requisitions.

• Strong knowledge in building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools.

• Able to work onsite in our Beaumont location.

• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is$70,000 to $96,250annually with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
