The Schwan Research and Development (R&D) Center is a state-of-the-art facility
based in Marshall, MN, with staff located throughout the United States.
The R&D Center supports and enhances each step and every facet of food
development and production activities. Here, highly educated and broadly
experienced chefs, food scientists, engineers, sensory analysts, regulatory
compliance specialists and nutritionists combine their abilities in a
stimulating environment to discover, develop and refine frozen foods and
associated technologies.
